What can I say.... I'm back!
I did so wel in 2013. Lost 35lbs or there about but like so many times, I gained it back. So here I am again. I HAVE to proof to myself I can do it, I KNOW I can and I know how helpful this website was and the people coming here were inspiring. I'm getting too old for this *kitten*. This HAS to be THE LAST TIME!!!!

How can I add a food to the food list?
Hi, I seem to remember that it was possible to add a food or a particular popular recipe to the food list, the one that everybody can choose from. Am I mistaken? Or is that really possible? If so, can you perhaps let me know where and/or how? Thanks!!

Going too fast, don't know how to adjust menu

What if I don't use the recommended amount of fat on a day?
I have always done the WW's recommended 1 Table spoon of fat (any kind) per day. I have been reading some threads and comments about the influence fat has on your body, e.i. not eating enough fat will make your body not USE any of the stored fat.
