Information on this website about recommended weights?

I've been reading quite a few questions about what the recommended weight would be for any particularly build, any length person. Is there a place here (if so I haven't been able to find it) where the estimates are for anyone to check out?

The BMI calculator will show you a range, but it doesn't take lean mass into account.

Really it's just a case of suck it and see. Set goals, change them based on how you feel.0

I find BMI number to be too light unless you have very small frame. Look for calculator that adjusts for frame six. They use ether wrist circumference or forearm length account for the size of your skeleton.
As a 5' 5' male BMI has my with range from 125-145 lbs which is crazy I hit 140 lbs in collage and looked like concentration camp survivor.0 -
