The thought that Diet Coke is a healthy alternative to regular Coke is absurd. SOME people may be able to lose weight & feed their diet coke addiction, but I didn't lose mine until after I kicked it.

My heaviest on the scale was 240, but I would guesstimate 260 for the times I would not consider getting on a scale. I'm down to 190ish, Thank God :)

This is a great idea!! Focusing on eating the right foods and exercising is where I have found my best success. Giving to much attention to the # on the scale does not help the weight go down and is actually counterproductive.

You are on the right track! I am fully convinced that nutrient timing is VERY IMPORTANT for weight loss & a healthy lifestyle. P.S. The best advice I ever got & can give concerning nutrition is EAT LOTS OF NUTRIENT RICH VEGGIES.

That's why I take it with 8oz of a beverage with carbohydrates, not water... & that's also why I said "like a man" - It's not the method of choice for many. With a protein shake works too :)
