What this makes me think is that these people are so empty inside that the only good thing they have is their skinny bodies that they got without working hard. Well, I disagree. I think treadmills are for both running and walking. What I find really awful is how some people are so rude sharing their thoughts. We are all grown ups, we should be able to politely disagree.

Hey, I saw you post I would suggest to take it easy. From my own personal experience I'll suggest not to plan you weight loss so strctly. I had very same problem. I just keep small cans of tuna (in water)around. They are packed with protein. I like them best when I get back home from the gym!

Don't stop being proud of yourself. If you keep up with that impressive fitness level of yours, it is only a matter of time for you to look the way you are used to. This is just temporary, you are in control and you will be there before you know it. :)

Thank you for your help guys. I am determined to eat between 1200 and 1500 cal/day and I'll try to increase my workouts to at least 4 times/week. I'll see how I go from here
