I am totally endo, I notice when I lift weights I lose faster with a couple HITT workouts a week and I gain fast and lose slow, 40%protein 30%carb and 30% works for me. Stick with your diet 90% and10% cheat. I also have a under active thyroid. Thank god I love my veggies.

I try to eat gluten free because I have hyperthyroid and hashimtotos. It can be a real pain in the butt. But my belly feels better. Add me if you like.
