Between 30 - 60 minutes, depending on the day and what exercise I have planned. I work out approximately, 4 days a week.

I am a Fage fan! Either the 0% or the 2% varieties with the fruit on the side. All I can say is YUM! The only greek yogurt I will eat. And like others have mentioned, I use plain Fage as sub for other items when cooking or preparing meals.

My goal is the same.

Minimum four days a week. A mix of weight training, cardio, and walking (running on nicer days). I would like to get to six days a week but my body revolts when I push that far.

Ditto. I am starting with 5 cards. Then going to move to 10 cards during week 2. Add 5 more cards to that for week 3. Week 4 should be 20 cards. Lawd help me!
