Hi!

So my wife and I have switched roles since she graduated. She goes off to her career job from 8-5 while I'm going to school. This also means I'm making dinner everyday. I don't have a problem with it, we both agree that I'm a better cook. But my menus don't really take advantage of all the great nutrition that's out there and available to help people lose weight.

So my question is: does anyone know a good healthy, filling, diet menu? maybe a two week thing? or just some good websites to give me meal ideas?
