Drink a lot of water, eat something healthy and then have a taste of the unhealthy snack (one cookie only), that way you are satisfied and still got the good taste by the end. If this does not work I failed you :(

I try to exercise first thing in the morning, that way I feel like I got that off my shoulders for the rest of the day. Also my daily goal is to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) for 5 minutes only, so I HAVE to workout no matter what, but If I do not feel like doing a full workout, I just do the 5 min requirement…

I have been doing Insanity for the last 2 years, and I have gotten faster when sprinting. Was sprinting as a joke the other day to catch up to a jogging partner and I was like zoooooommmm.

The more exercise you do the more calories you burn and the more calories you burn the faster the weight loss. Just do not train too hard as to hurt yourself, find your limit. I believe a cheese pizza Medium-Large size from Pizza Hut is somewhere around 250-300 calories. Which is why I eat 2 slices with my beverage ;D to total 700-800 calories

I would go to HOME and then click the tab GOALS. That should show your height and current weight. Then click on CHANGE GOALS and it should show you your new "goal-guide-related-stuff" including how many calories you should consume per day etc etc :O
