Fun- dancing, running, walking, housework, bedroom work ;) Quick- eat less!

What do you want? more definition, then a slow cut. Get bigger, then a bulk and a cut (much more work). Personally I would just stay the same, you look great, eat the same and keep lifting heavier.

You're going to lose healthy muscle at that rate. Why not try for 10lbs by Xmas instead?
-
Hand up, I did ultimate diet for a few weeks. I think my brain snapped and I've never been the same since. Haha!

I hear that most top athletes nowadays use 80/20 rule. I still spend far too much time running in the higher zones but I'm a junky. Cycling on the other hand, is lower zones. I still think it's a good idea to find your own max with a heart rate monitor, we are all different, and it would be a shame to base all your…

Have you found your own personal max heart rate or are you using generic equation? For example if you have a high heart rate like me for my age, my zones are different than the norm, so I'm not actually in a high a zone as it seems.

I control my anxiety by weighing every day, averaging out every 7, and counting my macros and calories. Then there is nothing to worry about.

Must add. Tea tree oil, in my house gets rid of nits, head lice, skin infections, gum infections, and a nasty lingering sinus infection (yes, I snorted it...diluted) Jason did you really think peppermint oil soaked all the way though your skin into your guts? Or did I read that wrong?

So many giggles here x

Sports drinks work 'in context'. Though most of them carry unnecessary additives like colouring and caffeine. Make your own by buying a box of glucose from the pharmacist, add salt, water and some kind of fruit concentrate that won't upset your stomach, to provide electrolytes.

I think rather than a re feeding issue, you should first look at the massive undereating you are doing on a daily basis.

This butt lifts over 220lbs. It seems easy now, and my sprinting is awesome! Strong Curves and a small calorie surplus will do it. No need to eat more than 100-120g protein. Get those carbs in.

I don't go near ab work (injury and simply don't believe in it). I have a 25 inch waist, and defined musculature. I squat, deadlift, hip thrust heavy. I also sprint, cycle, swim and do yoga. Mainly it's the under 20% body fat that i chase with calorie control.

Superb!!! Inspiring. Enjoy every second of being young, fit and lean.

That's nearly what I did while visiting family over Christmas in California this year. It was mostly free tortilla chips in Mexican restaurants. Though the mathematician in me wants to work it out. Say I weigh 130lb. That's 7.8 (lb) x 3500 excess calories=27300 calories divided by 21 days=1300 excess calories a day. I…

To add, I'm not dropping names but I train with a world champion athlete and she drank 5 cans of coke a day for most of her life. She has given it up now but.....it's all about context.

Since I've been eating all forms of carbs from glucose to complex I've been on a muscle building journey. I generally try to eat at least 100 grams of protein a day and depending on the context as many carbs as I can fit in my mouth. I eat up to the saturated fat guidelines. The rest is healthy fats. The gain of muscle and…

Look up Lyle McDonalds Woosh theory. It happens to me every time I cut. I stall for up to six weeks then I drop all the weight I was expecting suddenly. Apperntly the fat cells release the fat then replace with water, therefore weighing and looking the same, then at some point release that too. I'm too meticulous for my…

That isnt going go to happen.

If I was a man your body would be what I was looking for!

I wasn't referring to you 'cheering people who are struggling on' as the situation where you seem like you have a chip on your shoulder. You've manipulated the conversation here. I was referring to your general demeanour.
-
You do know that everyone in a marathon slim or curvy or overweight is feeling like giving up on every step right? You almost come across as an inverse discriminator against normal and slim fit people. I'd even go so far as to say you have a chip on your shoulder. Either way I don't give a toss about any of your choices.…

I think shaming and disrespecting are just variations of a natural human survival emotion. They are there, what is wrong is some of the lengths people will go to express them. Imagine a world without it, maybe we would have died out thousands of years ago.
-
I always wonder why it is ok to shame and disrespect smokers, and not ok to shame parents who make their children fat.

12-13% looking great. Time to bulk Bulky Bulkerton.

I usually take autumn winter off logging and have a higher weight window. With the weight training it ends up being a repair or bulking period which is fine by me. January 1 is a good time to get back to logging and spring summer all the outdoor activity, training and lighter food keeps me lean. Autumn/Winter is about boobs…

You should get a bodpod done. You're probably lower fat than you think. I was less than 15% at one time and had NO IDEA. My competitive brain had taken over. I saw my back in the mirror trying on bras in M&S and panicked. The fat had just melted off me when I got under a certain weight. It was scary. I couldn't work out…

We are in similar places. I'm 45, same height, really really love my food. Yet I've busted the starve binge cycle and have been cutting fat at a pound a month. Hungry a lot, accepting the hunger, training, training, training, aching. Plus a negative mind set that tells me constantly that I'm destined to be overweight and…

I did it and managed my weight for a while without counting calories. I'd have a mid day protein low carb snack, then eat whatever I wanted dinner 6-7. This included a big carb portion, big dessert, chocolate so I think I was eating lowish protein, and lots of sugar. I'd get a food coma after and slept better than I do…
