I will be watching for the responses on this one, as I too have the same issue with sugar. I really try to stay as low as possible, however consistently go over. I have switched to a low sugar yogurt, however once I add in fruit and maybe some almond butter with breakfast, I can not stay under!

OKay - secret admission - I am soooooo jealous of the people at the gym that can can on the elliptical and go at it for 30-60 minutes! How do they do it ?!?!?!? I went on for the first time this past Saturday and after 5 minutes said, "Ok, I am done with this machine!" LOL
