My confession: I never EVER eat breakfast. I never log my exercises so i dont eat back the calories. I will pull the cheese off over everything (unnecessary calories). If it has bread, I will remove most of it. I will skip meals if I ate too much. Whenever I over eat, I move thoes calories to the next day and work with…

Please research your facts first sir "In it oxygen combines with the fats to make carbon dioxide and water and release the energy that is needed by our bodies or any living thing to do the things that it needs to do." http://dl.clackamas.edu/ch106-06/metaboli.htm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metabolism#Lipids

Okay, so when I started dieting and working out I was 5'4, 155lbs. I lost 12lb in one month (I stopped for 2 months because of the holidays and moving) This is how I lost 12lbs in one month: 1200cals a day gym 3-4 times a week. Do what feel right for your body. Some people will argue "THOES CALS ARE TOO LOW! GOT TO EAT…

Yes I have been diagnosed, any exercise or motion that gets my heart rate up from an extended amount of time sends me into an attack. I have non-allergic rhinitis as well that effects it greatly. But since I started my inhaler, it helps so much. I usually have to take it once a day, sometimes twice since I'm a very active…

I was a stripper for 2 weeks, and it's really fun being on the pole! :) (I left because...well that kind of **** isn't for me) NEVER WEAR FISHNET STOCKINGS, it won't let you grip the pole correctly. You use a lot of leg work to hold on

I do not have anything that I limit myself to, I have asthma so cardio is a little harder on me but I can over come it with my inhaler :P

I have spiked to 161lb in the summer. Your goals are perfectly realistic!!! I'm 5'4, 148lb. If I can do it, so can you :) Focus on the calories!!!! That's what my issue has been. I cut my calories and lost 3lb, the I started to work out and lost 5lb more!!! The weight is falling off, and the key is to stay at 1200, if not…

Hydrodixi Cut worked the first time I took it, lost 10lb in a month, but after the first bottle, my body became accustom to it. But however, it did not change my eating habit, so when I stopped using it, it all came back within 6 months. No point. Just change your habits!

If he's getting sore so easily, he shouldn't work out so intense to start off with. Push until he thinks he's okay. And there will be soreness, it comes with the territory of working out, but once he actually builds muscle, it'll go away. (I've done insanity, trust me, He will get sore, but he needs to push past that)
