Grab an exercise ball and start doing a **** load of crunches and other stomach and stretching. Bananas are not bad for you. They have potasium and are good for you if eaten at the right time. (right after a workout) They are however high in natrual sugars which translate to empty carbs that might turn into fat. So basically have your banana after you do your workout and your good to go.

Never say never. If you push yourself you can definetly reach your goals. Eat clean, stay consistent with cardio and weight trainig, and make small goals at first to continue to motivate yourself. The harder you work, the better your results. Push youself!!

Everyone loses weight at a different rate. Like most people said in their reply, it's all about 'your diet. Try to eat as clean as possible. Also, I personally find that HIIIT with sprints works great to really shread up. Keep pushing youself, you'll get to where you wanna be.
