vegetables are very filling. I know you're thinking "eww gross" but if you stir-fry them in beef or chicken broth they taste much better. I like brocolli, cauliflower, and green beans stir fried in beef mushroom soup. Good luck!

I have this same problem. And I also don't like thinking about food all day long. But I think it's just the price we have to pay to reach our goal. Hopefully once it becomes a way of life the obsession will let up.
