Hello I need some food ideas that are super filling, I will eat a meal and like an hour later I'm hungry again. Can anyone tell me some filling foods ideas. Thank you for all of your help.

A cup of 0% greek yogurt (flavored with sugar-free cherry jello powder), and a cup of blackberries. 202cal, 25g protein, 8g fiber0

vegetables are very filling. I know you're thinking "eww gross" but if you stir-fry them in beef or chicken broth they taste much better. I like brocolli, cauliflower, and green beans stir fried in beef mushroom soup. Good luck!0
