6 pounds a month? I WISH! I plateau about every 5 pounds, some times for MONTHS. Never give up, because if you are stuck at least you aren't gaining! Though it is frustrating as heck! :explode:

Without nosing around on your diary I'd guess you aren't eating enough. That seems to be the issue with a lot of people who are working as hard as you are. I'd suggest you checkout IPOARM, it might help! :) (search for IPOARM in the forums)

I love taco bell because their beans are vegetarian so when I want to mess up my normally low carb diet I get a bean burritto.

It's more the type of carbs you eat. If you go back to white bread, potato's and lots of sugar, you would gain it back regardless. Happens to me too... your mind/emotional self still thinks you are heavier than you are. Trust the camera/clothes and your mind will catch up at some point (still waiting on mine!)

I'm 5'7" and eat that much daily, I agree, go check out in place of a roadmap. I don't think you are eating enough.

Please don't give up!!! I was in the same exact spot and it was SO discouraging. I said this above but make sure you eat enough. It's the ONLY thing I changed that finally worked.

I was plateau'd for 3 months, it SUCKED!!! Got IPOARM and 3 more weeks I was losing again. Not eating ENOUGH is the issue 90% of the time!!!

People are stupid, I'd take 10 times the stretch marks I have now for my beautiful children! Maybe if they'd stop photo shopping every celebrity and magazine cover, people wouldn't have some twisted view of how "real" people look.

My diary isn't open mainly because of the judgemental purists on here LOL. I will say I've been on a ketosis low carb diet for almost a year and I've never felt better. You do need to be careful though, if you have any kidney issues you shouldn't do it. And having a check out by the doc beforehand would probably be smart.

I used to watch it when I was fat... I'd sit there and eat and cry that if these huge people could do it, why couldn't I LOL. I live on eggs and cheese. When I was a meat eater, those frozen sausages you get at the cheap grocery store (neither healthy or clean) are SUPER cheap and my stand by snack were pork rinds with salsa or cheese sauce or whatever. Seems a lot of times it's because people are not eating enough. Search in the forums for "in place of a road map" Dan has a lot of good information. I've also been stuck for almost 10 weeks and I share your frustration, but hey, at least we aren't gaining weight!!! Just keep going and eventually you'll break it.
