  • Welcome to the party
  • Yea. Getting to groups isn't the easiest thing in the world. One major flaw here. I don't have an IPhone; but on Android I just bookmarked the group. I don't use the app though so that probably isn't much help
  • Posted my goals in the introduce yourself section; but I'll post them hear again. 1) Lower my A1C under 7 2) Get under 240 3) Keeping up with this and making this a really great community. 4) The program I use to track and analyze my runs has an achievement for running at least 1 mile every day during a leap year. Getting…

  • I gave up fast food. Too much money spent on bad food. It should help me find and take the time to make healthy meals. I moved away for basically the same reasons. But Pope Francis has kind of brought me back a bit. That being said I never gave up my faith. I hope you kept yours too.
  • Thank you both for the advice. It was too cold to do anything outside today so I just did something inside. I'll take your advice and take it slow. I don't want to do too much too soon and end up burning out. That has been my problem in the past. So I'll just keep on keeping on.
  • What is the 30 day squat Challenge? Sounds interesting.
  • You had me at chocolate. Any way I can rationalize eating chocolate is a plus. I am definitely going to eat more fruits and veggies.
  • Thank you for the advice. Since I've just started tracking I'll give it a week and make changes accordingly. I know part of the problem is I don't always take the time to make a decent meal. That's just one more thing I need to work on.
