I gave up fast food. Too much money spent on bad food. It should help me find and take the time to make healthy meals. I moved away for basically the same reasons. But Pope Francis has kind of brought me back a bit. That being said I never gave up my faith. I hope you kept yours too.

Thank you both for the advice. It was too cold to do anything outside today so I just did something inside. I'll take your advice and take it slow. I don't want to do too much too soon and end up burning out. That has been my problem in the past. So I'll just keep on keeping on.

You had me at chocolate. Any way I can rationalize eating chocolate is a plus. I am definitely going to eat more fruits and veggies.

Thank you for the advice. Since I've just started tracking I'll give it a week and make changes accordingly. I know part of the problem is I don't always take the time to make a decent meal. That's just one more thing I need to work on.
