Every time I enter in a goal my fittness pal suggests the 1200 calorie diet ,,, I have added 500 calories a day and have made a change in my exercise routines 40 min tredmill jog and walk and 30 min bike and light weight lifting . That's great advise ,,, How many calories do you suggest I add the last few days I added 500 calories and doing half the cardio and the other half of my work out light weight lifting ,,, I feel great and have a lot more energy. Thanks again this helped me sooo much :smile: Lynn

Hello I saw your post ,, you said you lost 18lbs :smile: thats GREAT how did you do it ? I'm trying to lose 12lbs to be a kidney donor and I'm having a hard time doing this in a healthy way, I lost 12lbs doing the 1200 calorie a day diet and working out for 90 mins ,,, but now I'm at a stand stilll, any advise ?
