help keep me on track

So I got fed up with being fat... yup I said it lol. Last week I decided it was time to start listening to my body and lose weight. I am not counting calories, cuz then I just over think it and get over whelmed and give up. But I started listening to my body when I eat. Actually sipping when it says I'm full instead of letting the mental satisfaction overwhelm me and keep eating. Also I am absolutely addicted to food. Hence the mental satisfaction. Here's a bit about me. I am 5'4" 201lbs. I am a stay at home mom with 2 wonderful crazy kids. I would eventually like to be back to me pre pregnant weight of 125. I am also struggling with a shoulder injury right now that makes working out very painful. So my main focus is on eating right. I could always use some new friends to help me on my trip. :)
