I just happened to catch this group today so I didn't take any real before and after shots. I'm not trying to "lose" weight. More like firm up. These are only forward facing but they are within this week. Good Luck everyone! Looking forward to the challenge

I do the sugar free jello and add some fruit to it.

the things I buy every week are: egg beaters spinach mushrooms broccoli/cauliflower wheat bread sliced turkey breast salmon tilapia grilled chicken breast (I don't really cook anymore so I buy the pre-cooked kind)

I put finely diced walnuts in just about every flavor of oatmeal I eat. And I eat it with vanilla soymilk.

I fell off too. I think I fall off for a couple of days about every two weeks and end up eating everything in site (as long as it contains sugar lol) But I'm back on. I am new to this site and very new to the forums. I'm hoping the can help with the inspiration and support.
