You have no idea how well-timed your post was. I've been doing great the last five months (lost 35 pounds, started running 5k's, etc.) but for some reason the last couple of weeks the wheels just fell off the bus. I'm steadily working on re-igniting the fire, and your post definitely helps, thanks!

I make a veggie soup (sometimes stew) pretty regularly, and can tell you that the prior posts all sound good.
