Thanks guys. I don't plan on starting them now on 1200 calories but waiting until my Dr raises my caloric intake. But the advice is great I wish I could trial run it haha. Im hearing a lot of good things about T25!

I have a horrible family/friend group that's not very sensitive or supportive. *shrugs* but they aren't people I can just push out of my life. I've told them how it makes me feel but they just claim I'm overly sensitive.

Yeah i try to avoid sodium because i retain water and get swollen like nobodys business! Im sure a large amount of my weight loss thus far has been water weight because i cancelled out a lot of sodium heavy processd foods and almost all preservatives. Also i drink between 3 and 6 liters of water a day.
