Recovery and Hello

I've used this app for bad, to restrict to below need calories. But I'm looking to make myself healthier. After losing weight, then gaining it back and then some, then losing 10 unhealthily, I'm ready to take care of myself. So, here's to a new beginning, right? Hello in advance :)

  • Hey! So awesome youre starting this journey! Ive also just started and would love the support and would love to support you aswell. A few tips that have helped me out so far is i logged the foods i normally ate for about a werk then took it to a nutritionist to get a better understanding of the calories i was eating compared to the calories i needed. If you cant get to a nutritionist just input into mfp and compare. Also drink lots of water i lost a lot of water weighg one my body stopped retaining water. But yeah im still new to this so if you have any advice or questions let me know id love to help!
