Since 50 seemed unattainable in November, I'm going to go for *40 in December*, which is still almost twice as much as what I will end up with for November. Going to push myself hard and see if I can get 40. Would realllly like to make my goal for once!

Recently, red bell peppers! One of few veggies I can eat raw. But it's great sauteed with some olive oil and your favorite spices, in pasta sauce, dipped in a dip, baked, grilled, or even just microwaved with some oil. Simplicity is key for me.

Great video. I had no idea about this and hadn't even thought about the question. Nothing revolutionary about weight loss methods, but very informative about where the lost weight goes. Does that mean we've found it again? I hope not. ;)

Oops, thought this thread was about football! :wink: I'm going to eat a little bit of everything at Thanksgiving. I'll still be super full, but I don't care. Sometimes you have to just enjoy the day, and as long as you enjoy it responsibly, you're golden.
