Just popping in to say hi and I'm alive.
Although it was touch and go there. I slept from 3p on Friday until 10a on Sunday other than waking to take some meds and eat something. I rested for the most part on Sunday and Monday too. I'm so glad this is a short week.0 -

YES! I NEVER LOVED THE TREADMILL SO MUCH!
First run since my half, which was October 27.
I'M SUCH A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW!!!!
Only ran a short 2 miles on it, but man did it felt great! :drinker:
So after that epic return (:laugh: ) I did my strength training (lower body)
and ended with a 16 minutes speed intervals on the stationary bike,
covering 5 miles by doing so.
I'm also adding 3 walking miles for yesterday.
