Hi I am a 54 mother of 3 grandmother of 4. Had a couple surgeries last year and my weight went out of control I gained 30lbs and have been struggling to get it back off.I am following a Herbalife plan and beginning to walk after work my goal is 10 lbs this month I look forward to all the support I can get

Try to get in at least 100gm of protein and half your body weight in water and your body will reajust its self, I feel you will have fewer cravings. It worked for me

I do have several of her books and also get the Clean Eating Magazine which is woderful.I do want to add to my collection the Eat This not That. Very good investment into your health

I think your best bet would be to go to a running sports store and get fitted for a pair it is def worth it
