  • Yes I cut out a lot of carbs and salt once I began dieting.
  • I'm 5' 8". My exercise is usually running/jogging 2-3 miles at least 3-4 days a week (weather permitting) and biking at 7-8mph for 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
  • I'm eating around 1400 calories a day. That creates a deficit enough to lost 1.5 lbs a week.
  • I put my activity level as Sedentary. It helps. Thank you very much. I'm just worried that I'm going to mess up my metabolism or go into starvation mode. Now I just have to figure out what I'm going to eat.
