I'm starting week 2 tonight! I love (and hate) it so far! I definitely struggle with it, but it's actually *somewhat* fun. About as fun as something that makes you feel like you're dying can be I guess

I agree! That helps me too. Once I start the last circuit it's a huge relief. That's still the one I struggle with the most though usually

I definitely recommend the chocolate cookie dough ones! I think I loved the chocolate peanut butter one, but it's been awhile so I can't remember if that was it. What does everyone else think of the chocolate peanut butter quest bars?

I just did week 1 day 1! I'll add you!

I'm actually on week 2 of doing this! I've been doing T25 followed by level 1 of the 30 DS. I'm thinking of moving to level 2 next monday.

I can't put chicken in my backpack and eat it during class...

I'm starting week 2 today! I need to make sure I actually do it today! The past two days were rest days (did the stretch video yesterday), but I'm excited to get back at it!

This happened to me as well! I'm curious to see the responses

I usually burn about 230 calories for level one. Edit: According to my HRM that is

Thanks for the response! I definitely thought Speed 1.0 was more manageable without modifications than Cardio was. What do you think of the other ones? I have Total Body Circuit for the first time tomorrow.

Just finished Speed 1.0! (week 1 day 2) I found today to be much easier than yesterday (cardio) and I was able to push myself harder. Did anyone else enjoy Speed 1.0 more than Cardio?

I just started today! I weighed myself and took measurements this morning. Hopefully I'll remember to keep doing that to track my progress! Did anyone else need to do a ton of the low impact modifiers for cardio? I am definitely out of shape and had to do more of them than I would have liked.

If you find yourself under by the end of the day, maybe have a calorie dense "treat". I really like dipping sliced apples in almond butter (170 calories for 2 tbsp). It's calorie dense and full of good fats.

I don't understand why numerous people found it necessary to post such negative replies to this recipe. If you don't like cauliflower, then don't eat it. Maybe some people enjoy cauliflower replacement recipes? The fact that "cauliflower" was in the title just shows that all of the people who posted negative things…

My absolute favorite snack is a small apple sliced, and dipped in two tablespoons of almond butter (homemade). It comes out to about 250 calories, so it's definitely a hefty "snack", but it's how I get most of my healthy fats for the day!

Any other coffee drinkers out there? How do you guys prepare your coffee to fit into your calorie budget? I was avoiding coffee for months because I didn't want to spend calories on creamer, but recently I've been having a couple of cups in the morning (oh my, how I missed it...) I've been using pumping spice flavored…

I love this! I think it's helpful to have a support system of people with similar goals! I'm about 40 away from my goal currently as well
-
Amazing progress!! You look great!

I'm in! Losing 20 more lbs by Christmas is my goal! We can do this!

I'd LOVE to lose 20 lbs by Christmas. That would put me back where I was before my crazy drinking & fast food binge of a summer. Then I'll have another 20 to go to get to my goal weight! Stay strong everyone! We can get there!
