What are your tricks/tips for getting through Insanity?

I'm curious to hear other people's ideas!
Before trying insanity again I did a few weeks of T25 and I was usually able to get through the full 25 minutes of that. Now I've noticed that when I do insanity I always think "okay! Now it's just a T25 workout left! No problem!" whenever it gets to the 25 minute mark. It usually helps motivate me to keep pushing!

Once I felt I 'knew' each workout I found it helped as I knew I only had 1 round left or 1.5 rounds left before the cool down. For that reason I always hate max cardio conditioning! There's no repetition so I'm just clock watching the whole time.0

I agree! That helps me too. Once I start the last circuit it's a huge relief. That's still the one I struggle with the most though usually :laugh:0
