I have no idea what RPG means  My grandfather always said that if he every got a boat he was going to name it "Sailbad the Sinner" (play on Sinbad the Sailor) He never got a chance to do it, but I love the name.

Horrible, horrible advice. This is the type of advice anorexics give to each other. If you are shaking, you need to eat! Shaking is what happens to me right before I hit the deck because my blood sugar has dropped to a dangerous level. Passing out is never fun. I agree with those who suggest you may have your allowance set…

While it is good to find your motivation, it is very important to approach fat loss in a healthy and sustainable way. Please don't let your hope for speedy loss push you into unhealthy low calorie diets or excessive exercise. You CAN do it. Small changes can add up. Measure and log your portions, get out for a 30 minute…

A shorter backed stock horse can easily carry over 200 pounds, especially if the rider is experienced and balanced. Don't speak in generalities if you don't know all of the facts of a particular rider's situation. OP- I hope you are able to get back in the saddle someday.

Have you spoken to your physician about your options?

A lot of it will have to do with genetics, but slow loss will give your skin time to retract. Keep it moisturized as well.

When I was doing YAYOG I ate no less than 1800 calories. Most days I was closer to 2200. I gained a lot of muscle endurance and strength and still lost fat.

I used to live in Florida. It seems like every living thing in that state can cause you intense pain or weeks of itching. I'm glad I got out of there.

I'd love the have the same, but a bracelet just won't work for me. They're bulky and ugly. I wish someone would produce something more discreet, like a HRM chest strap that tracks movement and HR. I wear my Fitbit on my bra, so that would be a simple transition.
-
That is likely your problem. You're probably consuming more calories than you think you are. Use the MFP recipe builder to accurately calculate what you are eating.
-
Down 45 pounds since joining MFP and 75 pounds total. I eat a bowl of cereal nearly every night, about an hour before bed. Calorie deficits cause weight loss. It matters not at all when you choose to consume those calories.

I moved to Colorado from Florida about 6 months ago. I was always cold there too :grumble:
-
I never go anywhere without a sweatshirt, even in summer. Numb fingers and cold toes are just something I have gotten used to. I did find a slight improvement when I started taking an iron supplement.
-
I log every Friday. I'm allowing a 5 pound swing above or below my goal weight of 125.
-
I'm still here every day. After losing 45 pounds since starting MFP (75 total) I am now working on maintenance. I've discovered that I need to keep logging in order to keep myself honest. I've been way over for the last 3 days and find that it is way too easy for me to slip into my old habits if I don't stay accountable.
-
Because eating whatever you want whenever you want is easy. Tracking, planning, and logging takes effort. I went 1550 over my maintenance number yesterday just by going out for breakfast and dinner with family. I'm not at all concerned because I don't eat like that 90% of the time, but it can be easy to fall back into bad…

I had a modified tummy tuck a few years ago. My surgeon required that I be in under 150 (I'm 5'4") before the surgery in order to get me the best possible result and to assure I looked proportionate. I paid somewhere around $6,000.
-
I did it about 8 years ago. My vision is now 20/10 in both eyes. It was by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. There was a couple of hours of stinging after the procedure, but I was able to drive the same day.

My friend took my pic when we were up at the summit of Pike's Peak. I like the background, even though it's practically impossible to tell what it is in such a tiny avatar.
-
I've had a modified tummy tuck (skin removal only) and a chin implant. Boobs are in the near future.

Just finished off a pint of Phish Food. I like Americone Dream too.

I rinse mine after every use and toss it in the washing machine every time I do a load. You can get a mesh lingerie bag to wash it in so it doesn't get tangled in anything.

You want to net 1200. If you burn 500 through exercise, eat 1700.
-
You should be more concerned about the fact that you are seriously under eating for your activity level. You're setting yourself up for muscle loss and a ruined metabolism. You should be eating probably twice the number of calories you are currently consuming. If you're full, choose more calorie dense foods. Read this…

Beachbody "Coaches" will always claim their product is better because they want to sell you something. Keep in mind that these "coaches" have no actual education in nutrition. They're nothing more than salesmen. Save your money. Eat what you veggies you want, but don't sweat it too much. I eat very few fruits and…

I eat wheat bran flake cereal nearly every day, sometimes for breakfast and a snack. I even put 1-2 tsp of sugar on it. If you like it, eat it.
-
This. I get 50 to 120 grams per day on average. It hasn't hindered my progress at all and it keeps me happy.
-
You got that right! I'm wearing size 0 Old Navy jeans right now. I'm probably closer to a 6 in "real" sizes.

I'm 5'4" and started MFP at 170. My highest was around 200. It took me about a year to get to 135, then another year to get to my low of 123. I'm sitting at 127 now after a month of sitting on my *kitten* and eating (and drinking) waaaaayyyy too much. I got to where I am by eating at 20% below my TDEE most days and keeping…
