  • 5ft 1, SW 143, CW 134, GW 119. Just trying to get healthy, so trying not to cut too much food out and just get down the gym at elats 3 times a week but im struggling around having to work 6 days a week and 3 evenings : ( if anyone has any advice on how to keep on track it will be very much appreciated.
