I am 5'1 143 pounds and I wanna lose 31 pounds but I am struggling eating about 1200 calories a day, with little fat. I have no time to exercise but don't seem to be losing any weight. Amy advice would be very helpful.

Thanks

Hard to make suggestions with little info. Are you hungry sticking to 1200 calories? What are you eating? Your diary isn't open. I find that lean protein keeps me full and it I stick to "lean" fat isn't usually an issue. I also try to stay away from bread, pasta, rice, etc. I get my carbs from fruits, veggies and non-fat dairy.

I work a lot, so don't have a huge amount of time to be hungry. I have opened my diary now, but think I eat pretty stamdardly, tend to stay away from bread, pasta and rice but I do eat it everyone and again. Also tend to stay say from red meat, just because I'm not a massive fan of it. Any ideas to improve my diary would be much appreciated.

You need to increase your calories. Eat at least 1200, if not more. Do you know your BMR and TDEE? Figure those out and eat halfway between them for starters. Log accurately. Weigh and measure everything (weighing is preferable) and enter your own recipes. Do that for at least 3 weeks and then see where you are.

ETA: looked up your BMR. It's 1450. Try resetting your calories for that amount.
