I am on Level One Day 6. Still having to catch a breather on the jumping jack jump rope part! The first day I had to stop often and yesterday I only stopped once. I can totally feel an improvement! Just keep at it:)

I just told my husband that I would be a very happy woman when i could see my scarr!! Very exciting to know I am not the only one who will think of this as a milestone,, I can already see a long lost butterfly tat showing the tips of its wings and even that feels great. Congrats on your loss!

Should be getting mine in the mail today! Any suggestions on the weight of the hand weights I should buy? I do exercise everyday now with aerobics or 4-5 mile walk/jog. I dont have much upper body strength however. I want weights that will make this do able. Anyone "shredding" now have any suggestions? Thanks!
