Strength before cardio or cardio before strength?
Does it matter in the order you do these daily? Or is it something you should switch up to avoid plateau? I just want to make the most of my workout daily:)

Do you eat back all your exercise calories? Also what are some good Warm up quad stretches before an exercise?

Pulled quad ~> what does that limit
I am on Day 5 Level 1 of the 30 day shred. During one of the lunges I felt a pulling feeling. I finished out the workout with minimal pain and did the elliptical after. Ice pack on it now. Should I let this prevent me from doing the shred tomorrow? Or is it just based on how I feel? Any one else been here?
