Pulled quad ~> what does that limit

I am on Day 5 Level 1 of the 30 day shred. During one of the lunges I felt a pulling feeling. I finished out the workout with minimal pain and did the elliptical after. Ice pack on it now. Should I let this prevent me from doing the shred tomorrow? Or is it just based on how I feel? Any one else been here?

    See how you feel tomorrow! Don't push yourself if you really are injured, that will make it worse. Let your body tell you what to do!
