I add egg whites and whey protien to my oatmeal, but then I cook it. It just tastes like oatmeal, but you get the added protien.

Hershey's Special Dark mini's....they are only 42 calories each. I have one every day after lunch. It hits the craving, but doesn't ruin my calories for the day.
