Google 'ice cream and abs daily' and the first result will be a log by a member on another site who did a similar experiment.

He ate ice cream literally every day for a month, filmed it and still lost bodyfat. He was pretty thin/cut to begin with.

I eat a peice of dark chocolate everyday.
  • For my DAILY chocolate fix, I make a protein shake after my work-outs. Sounds yucky...nope.

This is seriously soooo delish I would never, ever guess I was drinking a protein shake!!!
It's thick, creamy, choclatey, and cold. YUM!

    In blender:
8 oz Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
    1 Scoop Chocolate protein powder
    1/4 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries

HEAVEN!!!! This is what I drink after my daily work-outs to get the protein needed.

I have a piece or two every day... today it was crappy Reese's cups (mini) but usually it's a nice piece of dark chocolate possibly dipped in some Trader Joe's roasted flaxseed peanut butter :flowerforyou:

I eat something chocolate everyday and am losing. Personally, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Life without chocolate wouldn't work for me.

Not at all. In fact, I make sure I always have room for one little sweet each day. It helps keep the major sweet tooth at bay.

(BTW... this time of year is good for stocking up on mini-sweets thanks to Halloween!)
