I just had this as my dinner, but this is perfect for a lunch.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup drained tuna (70cals) mixed w/ 1 tsp. mayo (27)
1/2 cup Baby spinach (3)
1/2 a medium tomato chopped (7)
1/4 cup canned whole kernel corn (4)
1/2 whole wheat wrap (65)
30 Special K sea salt cracker chips (110)
Total: 286 calories
Put tuna, baby spinach, tomatoes and corn in wrap, and enjoy the chips on the side. Or get a full serving of a vegetable and add an extra 1/4 cup of corn on the side to enjoy with it. You can toast the wrap also, that'll definitely make it more delectable.
