oh, it's so hard. I think about how many calories that "chocolate square" is and think of all the more (low calorie) food I could eat instead. At Super Target there is "Flatout bread". It's flat bread, but it's thinner and really like a tortilla. It's bigger than a typical tortilla for 90 calories. It's shaped like a large oval. There is a website you can google, too, that has some yummy recipes...in fact last night I made personal pizzas for my family last night…

Thanks for the comments. makes me feel better others go over and the seemingly knowledgable opinions about MFP setting the protein goals too low is good to know. Thanks, too, for letting me know how to change that in my settings. I'm just a week in, so appreciate it.:smile:
