Calves take time to develop but they generally respond to high volume and moderate to high frequency (3 times a week), at least in my case, I've made very solid gains in 3 years of training. A guy I know did standing calf raises with 405 lbs using that stepper little stool and broke his foot badly. He still can't walk…

Maintenance calories. Or go see your doctor ask for some testosterone bud, no problem :D

Why would you do that? Maybe you should inform yourself a little bit more how weight loss with mfp works, before you start inflicting more emotional and physical damage on yourself, no offense. You've been probably over eating a good portion of your entire life, and now you plan to fast for 24 hours or more to lose 2 more…

If you set mfp to determine the amount of calories for your goals (which is losing a little bit in your case) AND you log in your activities, then yes, you eat back your calories. If however you set your own calorie goal that you wish to hit every day (where all your activity is accounted for) and don't log your activity,…

A small caloric surplus and lifting some weights will do.

You need none of that stuff, if you have your programing, nutrition and recovery, sleep figured out. The only thing that can help you a bit is creatine, if you respond to it. Some people don't. BCAA's, whey proteins, even if it gives you some advantage, it's going up to 5%, if... The only thing that can really help you is…

4 days of no workout... Big deal.. It's not that serious, at all. Get well first. Your body will give you a signal when you're ready, exactly the way it is signaling now you're not

It's ok dude. If the President of France can do it, so can you

Even if you do date multiple people at the same time, sooner or later, for one reason or another, you're going to start navigating toward one person. It's called love

Are you medically diagnosed with depression or do you just think you're depressed? The word depression is widely used nowadays, but rarely reflects the correct condition. Depression is a serious thing. Depressed people rarely go about forums and ask questions, depressed people rarely do anything.

Meal timing doesn't make any difference whatsoever. Calories vs calories out does.

Your body adopted, muscle soreness tends to slowly decrease over time as you train and train, it's normal. But as long as you are becoming steadily stronger and stronger over time, even if we're talking 5 lbs more or a few more reps then before, you are getting gains obviously. Also, what is your program, your rep range?

If you don't feel like resting at all, than something is wrong with your training approach. Most likely you don't train hard enough. Would like to know more about your program. Saying you work out 5,6 times a week is not enough. If you always stick with the same weight, same intensity, same everything, than it's no wonder…

Exactly my point... You have a lot to learn since you ask a questions like this... You simply don't understand the way mfp works, hence your failure the first time. You never really used it, you just thought you did. Get started by learning how to lose weight by building a caloric deficit, which is the core of mpf, or any…

If you fail using mfp it only tells me you don't understand how it works. Plain and simple. It is impossible not to achieve your goals using mfp. It is super simple.

As much as Facebook was fun when it first came out, at one point it became dull to me. To be honest it was primarily for hooking up with girls, all my posts, pictures, everything was like a little advertising thing. It was like a dating site for me but at the same time, I could also catch up with my friends and family too.…

This is why I avoided letting mfp to set my calories goal. I don't like the idea of logging my activity, eating back the calories and all that. I've seen too many people totally confused with all this. Therefore, I already pre-set my calorie goal with the number I chose using a simple third party calculator. After a few…

Basically covering your thumb with your index finger and your middle finger is sufficient. I was in the same boat as you, I became stronger and stronger on my DL but my grip would give out. The mixed grip makes my very unstable for some reason, so the hook grip was the way to go. This is the best video on the hook grip…

I seriously doubt your hands are too small for the hook grip. One's hands would have to be really, really small in order not to be able to use it. Maybe you haven't tried it the proper way.

As simple as one, two, three. 1. Make sure you understand the calorie counting system to begin with when using myfitnesspal. You have to account for all your physical activity and come up with the maintenance calories in your case, or ever so slightly below that. You can let mpf to do it for you, or you can find your…

If I like a girl and think she is cute, I couldn't possibly care less about her cellulite. I also think most men don't care. If you have a guy who tells you oh babe you should work out, lose some weight etc. Well good luck with him

Of course it's ok. Don't tell me your gonna use mfp on your wedding day please. When is your wedding day? If you are constant with your food logging now and have your calorie intake figured out properly to reach your goals, one cheat day or even a few days won't make any significant difference if you get back on track…

Just did

So cute. Who wouldn't...

Do you weigh yourself during the day? If the answer is yes then stop doing it. Weigh yourself only in the morning after bathroom. You weight can fluctuate quite a bit during the day
