Your protein levels are very low for a man your size and with your goals... Perhaps taking some BCAA's, L-Carnatine and VItamin B Complex... along with a good multivitamin will help you....

Where are you? You should try a few different places before choosing the one for you. They're known as "boxes"... and they will all have different WODS (Workout of the Day)... geared to all fitness levels. So it comes down to the intructor and the people there. You'll know which is right for you after trying a couple.

I feel like I'm getting sick after I work out hard for a few days straight. This is because your immune system is weaker resulting from the breakdown of tissue and the exertion... and possibly elevated core temperature. You'll find that with drinking more water and sleeping more... you'll reduce this feeling.

I agree.. You really need to increase your protein intake. I'd say you should eat at least 130g of whey protein... and 30g of the 130g should be Casein protein eaten at night... You need to keep the carbs low... roughly 80g per day... and make sure you do HIIT each day.. Lift Heavy!!! Are you trying to compete?
