First time doing doubles in Beta (Speed 2.0 and Rip'T Circuit) and now I'm done with both Alpha and Beta. Not sure what my stats will be. How's everyone else doing?

Speed 2.0 and Dynamic Core done. Now I am just two workouts behind for Week 3! I had to take Thursday and Friday off from T25after a surprisingly rigorous P90x workout at my gym. Major Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after the Thursday P90x.

Dog interrupted workout twice. Not great. But Upper Body Focus done. Shakeology? I didn't like the taste and I started dreading having to drink it. Didn't work for me but I may try it again.

Jake, you're rocking the T25 workouts! I just did Beta Core Cardio today and then went to PiYo and Insanity classes at the gym. So I'm behind one T25 workout because I missed Monday! Just did Speed 2.0. Liked it better than the first time I did it. Still crazy fast, though. Now I only have Rip't Circuit to do and I'll be caught up for Beta Week 2. How's everyone doing? Ready for 3 more weeks? What are you planning to do afterwards?

Just did Dynamic Core for the second time; liked it better this time than when I first did it. Now I just need to do a double workout tomorrow and I'll be caught up for Week 2 Beta. I'm thinking of subbing Core Speed 1.0 (the bonus DVD) for Speed 2.0. Has anyone tried Core Speed 1.0 yet?

Just did Beta Rip't Circuit for the second time; it's by far my favorite of the Beta series. I skipped two days this week, so will have to do double workouts today and tomrrow to catch up.

That's great, JakeYuma! My news isn't as stellar. Yesterday, I binged and didn't do any workouts. Today, I just did Beta Upper Body Focus. Still not crazy about it but liked it better than the first time. No binge so far today and hoping to do another T25 later as well as an half-hour Insanity Class at my gym tonight.

Did Dynamic Core. Nearly had to stop during the bicycle/V-UPs! Those are hard! Not one of my favorites in Beta so far. So far, I like Rip't Circuit the best followed by Core Cardio. Maybe the others will grow on me. JakeYuma: That sounds like quite the hike! :happy: Next stop for me: Beta Week 2.

Core Cardio done. Much better second time around. Liked it more. Can only do the speed kicks unmodified on one side, not the other!

Speed 2.0 done. Very hard to keep up with that one and it made the soles of my feet hurt. Didn't like it too much. Missing Alpha! :) Anyway, still have to do Core Cardio and Dynamic Core to finish out Beta Week 1. Jakeyuma: Congrats on the 3 lbs. down!

Rip't Circuit done! I liked it. Unfortunately, I missed one exercise (lawnmower) when my shoelace cam untied and I couldn't stop the DVD (remote must be dead!), and then I think I did another one wrong (with the plank when you're supposed to move your feet in and out, I didn't realize you then had to put your knees down).…

Jakeyuma: I have a 15 year old daughter (10th grade) and a 17 year old son (hs senior). They are both bookworms and exercise is way down their priority list. :(
