What exactly are you looking to record? Weight? Calories? I use an app called "weight tracker" but that's just for weigh ins. I'm not sure what you're asking for.

Lets see, my family has all got diabetes (9 out of 11 of my Dads generation). Carbs cause blood sugar to be all over the place. They also cause mood issues, pain and inflammation etc. Will I go back to eating carbs after I lose weight? No. To me restricting carbs is equal in long term health benefits to quitting smoking.

I messed up my Keto at Xmas, and have only just managed to get back under control. 4 days in. I have a cup of vegeta with butter in it about mid morning, the salt seems to help a great deal. No headaches, no nausea.

I'd question one serving as being 35 nuts. If we're talking science I mean. Are they large nuts? Small? Varying sizes? I'd weigh them.

People who say "nuts are a good low carb snack" are not wrong, if you eat a serve, which is about 8 or 9 nuts (1 oz). Who does that? I avoid them altogether. A small handful of nuts can have 5+ carbs, and oh so many calories. Not worth it.
