It's possible that you're bulking up your legs by doing squats, weights etc. So you may have actually lost fat, but gained muscle in them. Unfortunately I've had that same problem in the past. non-fat greek yog, 20 blueberries (or a serving of a different type of berry), 1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1/2 tablespoon crunchy/smooth peanut butter = 185cals so delicious!! it's like granola yoghurt I had it this morning :D

I usually have a piece of sugary fruit (ie half a banana/ 1/4 mango / 16 grapes / small apple) between breakfast and lunch as my mid morning snack. In the evening I allow myself up to 150cals max of dark chocolate. This all fits within my ccals, carbs sugars etc and This deffs works for me :)

That's not that bad of a binge. Don't about it and whatever you do o not try to make up for it the next day. This was actually a big worry of mine. Yup I can confirm it you WILL lose your boobs but you will remain in proportion. So in comparison with your body your boobs will look as big as they always did (If you get me). It's totally worth it though. And trust me, I didn't want to lose mine either
