Truly amazing. So glad you've found happiness within yourself. You inspire me so much everyday when I see how dedicated you are. <3

This looks really fantastic and delicious. I'm definitely going to give it a try, thanks for sharing. :)

I would. ;) You're hot! Amazing progress, brilliant! Congratulations on all your hard work.

You look awesome! Your legs look so good in that last pic. Good work! :D

Incredible! You look amazing!

Great, thank you both. I tried it using 10kg dumbbell the other night and thought it was a bit too light so I've purchased a 12kg kettlebell now. I'll definitely give it a go.

Update: I tried setting up again between each rep, taking a big breath at the top and it definitely helped. I still feel a bit off but I think I will get the hang of it with practice. Many thanks for your help. :flowerforyou:

Thanks, I think what's happening in my last two reps is because I've not been taking big breaths at the top of the lift after each rep that I'm losing my core tightness at the bottom of my last two reps as you described. I'll try as you and SideSteel suggested, exhaling and setting up again between each rep. Thanks to both…

I exhale on my way up, once I get past the sticking point but I'm trying to do it whilst still embracing my core so this might be the problem. I will try taking a big breath at the top of the lift tonight instead and see what happens.

I've just edited this because I had a good think about it and I'm trying to explain what I mean better. I don't think I 'hold my breath' as such as in stop breathing completely. When I come out of the hole I do make small 'gasps' for air. I just can't seem to keep this style of breathing up for more than three reps and it…

QFT! I'm at work and I've just gone to the bathroom to check if I have a 'hip dip', and yep, I do! Seriously, I never knew this was a thing until I read this. It saddens me that people dislike perfectly normal parts of their bodies so much. I'm not an expert in anatomy but it's obviously just where your legs join onto your…

I made this and it was amazing! Didn't have the avocado flavour at all but it was rich, creamy and satisfying. I'm definitely going to be making this a lot! It's great with a bit of peanut butter blended it. :smooched:

You're welcome, glad you enjoyed it.

I think that's a great idea. I would definitely use that but unfortunately it's so expensive to get hold of in the UK. I do have it with rice anyway though but the more peanutty, the better in my opinion!
-
Well I really like peanut butter so ideally I'd use more but I don't to minimise the calories. I don't think this tastes overwhelmingly nutty at all, it's just creamy and rich.

No problem. I have no idea what the seeds taste like but I can bet that nothing beats the fresh herb, it's just so fragrant and lovely! I may try it with the fresh herb soon but I hardly ever buy them because I never manage to use it all before it starts drying up.

Ahh I see, I didn't know that they're considered to be different parts in the US. I'll clear this up. In the UK, we would refer to the leaves and stalks of the plant as "coriander" and to the seeds as "coriander seeds". We don't use the word cilantro at all. I used the dried leaves, not seeds in this recipe so I guess that…

I used the dried leaf in this for ease but the fresh herb tastes much better. I didn't know it was called cilantro in the US. Learn something new every day.

I find this is the perfect portion size for one. Not too big, not too small. Don't think you'd want to split it between two to be honest.
