Did whole challenge 10lb wieghts. Stomach muscles feel it still from may second. I can tell if i stick to every other day ill be on track to a new me. WE DID IT, i missed two days, but I SEE A CHANGE IN THIGHS GLUTES EVEN WAIST. i will take a pic latter, pants i wore first pic are baggy. I actualy can go pretty low on squats but i noticed today 25lb weights dont allow that. So im going back to 10lb weights . . I want everything microwave fast, but in all reality if there not done in proper form I WONT GET THE FULL BENFITS..
