I have lost right around 60 lbs since September of 2013. I have done various classes, Completed C25K and I am currently on stage 4 of NROLFW. My progress pic is a couple lbs old and is my profile pic. I am 5'4"

When I first started losing the weight made me motivated. As I went along I started adding in treats here and there and I still lost. So my mindset changed back to I can eat whatever I want. Sorry guys for being so absent. Been having a rough couple weeks. I was up 2.1 lbs this week. so sorry for that. I have kind of lost my motivation. SO I am trying to get it back. I have started exercising more and I am re cleaning up my diet. No more shall my day consist of 50 % sweets and junk.

I have the weight watchers digital scale got it at walmart for $20. It has always been accurate for me. Step off then back on a few minutes later and get the same reading.

Thank you. :-). I have had a pretty rough week. Grandma and mom both in hospital. Mom had surgery. So been super busy and snacking on things I shouldnt. Also j am puppy sitting a 6 week old husky. He is a handful.

You could always try couch to 5 k. It basically gives you guide. Slowly increasing in run time each week. I finished it on the treadmill. And loved it.

I saw some old pictures of me and realised how big I had gotten. It was a wake up call.

Didnt get to go to the gym friday or saturday. Just did some walking and 300 jumping jacks. Sunday I did 20 min on the arc trainer and went for an hour long hike

I am cooking dinner for my SO and I am about to go to work. I work nights. Today I did 20 min on the arc trainer. Got there late. And then went for an hour hike. Not the best food choices today. But at least I logged them in. I have a bad habit of not logging on days like today.

Thanks. Today is a new day and I am ready. I ccoked 14 chicken breasts and made a huge thing of salad. So I wont be tempted to grab the easy stuff. :-)

I love kinda making a milkshake type out of mine. I have the chocolate peanut butter flavour by pure protein. I mix a scoop of it with a cup of 1% milk and a few tablespoons of cool whip. I love it.
