I'm 5'3 and started at 244 lbs, now at 178.
My goal is somewhere between 140-150. I guess I'll know better once I get there. Always inspired by others reaching their goals.

I'm 5'5 and my SW was 230lbs size 18/20 and XL/XXL depending on clothing brands, now I'm 148lbs size 6/8 and S/M depending on clothing brands. My GW is 130 so almost there!

Cant post pics cause I am at work, but my starting weight was 260 and I am now at 143, have been as low as 130 but recently had some medical problems so I am working to get that 13 pounds back off after surgery and being out of the gym for a few months.

Well I doubt if I am 150 anything but I did make that at one point in my journey...last I checked I was 186 and healthier than I had ever been.. I am 5'4 and learning to not depend on the weight just continue to workout, eat right and create a healthier lifestyle.. I can wear size 8-10 coming from size 14 and up depending.. 3 yrs I've been doing this and love it...You guys look great... Keep up the good work0
