Rice cakes - come in many different flavours and can be stacked with other foods depending on goals & preference (ie. peanut butter / jam / cottage cheese / salmon e.t.c.) Carrot sticks / cucumber sticks - prep them at night and throw them in some sealed tupperware. Sweet potato honey glazed wedges - sooooo damn good!!

Thanks for the reply guys... i'm currently at 19% bodyfat, wanting to achieve my goal of getting down to 10% (ripped)... Can anyone please suggest how I find my maintenance macros (protein / carbs / fats / calories needed to maintain this weight), to cut & to bulk? A total of 3 different macros sets are what i'm looking at…
