yummy water!!! i take a big cup (3cups) to bed with me and drink it in the morning when i get up...i dont usually drink cold water unless its super hot outside.....but cold water burns more calories (? or so ive heard) have a terrific Tuesday!!

i googled steps per mile and did an average of what i found. it differs by height and/or stride length, i am 5ft6 and am using 2300 steps per mile....easier to keep track with a nice round number.

i started a couple days ago with my pedometer, I am doing a 'virtual' walk to a friends house--its only 2000 miles away...lol...got a long way to go, but it will be worth the effort! Id love to do this with you!

i have spent months with no motivation, until i saw the other day a great idea to 'virtually walk' somewhere...so i picked my destination, figured out the miles...dug out my pedometer, did a little research on how many steps are in a mile, and now i am walking to visit my friend 'virtually' 2000 miles away. ill get there…

beware artificial sweeteners. they confuse your liver,and have negative effects on your metabolism..

all of the above, it flushes the toxins out of your liver-- you should aim to drink 1/2 your weight in ounce of water per day.((( so if you weigh 180, you should drink 90oz of water a day.))) i have a favorite cup i drink water from, that helps me.. i drink a bottle of water in the morning before i do anything, that 2 cups…

make sure you are drinking water, water, water water...at least 8 glasses a day, but you should drink half your body weight in ounces daily or more....dont use sugar alternatives, they mess up your liver, and have an impact on your metabolism in a negative way...i take a chromium supplement to boost metabolism, it helped…
