When I go, I hit the gym every second day, and eat healthy choices, as well as have some treats obvoiusly!! I am going to Mexico, and plan opn drinking lots, but smart choices, red wine etc.. in the end, come back and a week of work will undue all the bad! Enjoy

Change up your workout routine, the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose and you have to be consistent and work even harder. Try doing HIIT cardio, say with a treadmill or eliptical, where you go hard for 2 mins walk for 2 mins etc as well as getting your strength training in. Also, not sure what your macros are like,…

Go on youtube and look up arm workouts.. they have tons on there.. i woudl recommend lifting heavy as it shapes your arms alot better and quicker.
